Return & Exchange Policy


Due to the nature of the products sold, for health and Hygiene reasons WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS/EXCHANGE ON USED PRODUCTS! 

We offer exchanges and refunds granted that the item hasn’t been used or eyelashes haven’t been taken off sealable package and is in a re-saleable condition. Any returned goods will be thoroughly inspected before an exchange/Refund is offered. Our management decision is final! Delivery charges to return/exchange items are NON-REFUNDABLE and are at the Customer’s expense.  

You are responsible for all shipping costs for returned items. We strongly recommend that you also obtain a tracking number from your courier as we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit. 

Please understand if we suspect this item has been worn or used we will not be able to accept your exchange or Refund. 

 Items have to be sent back in the same condition & packaging it was received in. If sent back with any type of defect the exchange and refund will be rejected. 

 You have 7days from receiving your item to send it back to us for an exchange or Refund. 

We are not liable for you entering the wrong address, so when ordering please make sure you have checked it correctly! 

Please email us at: [email protected] and then we will arrange for you to send your unwanted item back to us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If you are approved for an exchange, please proceed to inform us what item name you will like to exchange your item for and we will proceed to delivery to your original address. 

It is absolutely necessary that you email us requesting a refund or exchange first!
